We like to keep parents informed so below you will be able to find news updates, food menus, childrens work and general noticeboard information from time to time.

Well in less than two weeks the school term will be over and we will say good bye to a few of our Puddleducks. We want to wish them a very Happy School Life and have a fantastic Summer. Most of our children are leaving in August so we will be seeing a lot of them for a little while longer. We are so very proud of all of them. Some have been with us since they were very small babies and others have joined us along the way. We have watched them grow and develop into the most wonderful little people- we hope they continue to flourish and show the world how very special they are. We will miss them so very much.

School Leavers Special day – Friday 14th July

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE DRIVE - the animals will arrive at 8 am and need to be unloaded safely.

As many of you know we usually organise a trip for the nursery in the Summer Months. This year due to lots of reasons we have decided to do something different. We have Ark Farm coming to us! We also have a bouncy castle for the afternoon and parents of children who are leaving us to go to school, are very welcome to join us at any point during the morning for the farm visit or afternoon for the bouncy castle. The children will have a picnic lunch on this day. For Parents who can't join us until later -We will be serving cake and tea in the garden at 5pm. Please let your key person know if you will be joining us on the day. All children attending on this day will be involved in all the activities. If your child is a school leaver and they do not attend on this day you and your child are very welcome to join us.

Holiday periods

Parents are reminded that holiday entitlements are for 3 weeks per year pro -rata. These must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance by emailing the dates to Sheona on - enquiries@puddleduckschildcare.co.uk

All parents /carers need to ensure all fees are paid with in 14 days of invoice. If this is causing problems please email Sheona (me) to make me aware and arrange payments.

Please could all Parents/carers make sure children arrive in nursery with spare clothes. We would like all children to have a towel and swimming clothes for paddling pool play. Everyone needs a named hat and sensible shoes that protect feet for outside play. Biking, scooting, mud play and climbing are not possible in 'backless shoes' – also try to ensure clothing is easy to get on and off for your child's growing independence.
